Announcements:

On April 28, 2009, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission issued two letter orders addressing WSPP's filings in its Order No. 890 compliance proceeding.

The first letter order grants WSPP's February 9, 2009, request that it be exempted from incorporating into the WSPP OATT:

A mechanism for crediting imbalance revenue
A process for clustering transmission studies.

The second letter order accepted WSPP's March 9, 2009, proposal to incorporate into the WSPP OATT a new Attachment L, which sets forth the basic credit standards to be used by transmission providers to grant or deny transmission service.

WSPP's Attachment L is effective as of March 9, 2009.
