Webinar Conference: Proposed Service Schedule D (Operating Reserve Service) and Proposed Service Schedule E (Intra-Hour Supplemental Power)

Purpose: To advance the two proposed service schedules above toward votes at the OC meeting in March.

At the webinar we will review the draft schedules and discuss comments and concerns. Note that Service Schedule D draft in particular reflects very substantial vetting in previous webinars and at the most recent OC meeting.
